These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our website at newmeclinics.com, our booking platform, and our spa services located at 478 5th Avenue South, Naples, Florida 34102. By accessing or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services

NewMe Clinics provides premium facial, skin, and wellness treatments including (but not limited to): LED Light Therapy Facials; Non-Surgical Facelift treatments; Anti-aging facial services; Skin consultations and personalized skin plans; and wellness add-on treatments. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time. All treatments are performed by licensed professionals.

SMS Communications — Permitted Use Cases

NewMe Clinics may send SMS messages to opted-in clients for the following purposes:

(1) Transactional Notifications — appointment confirmations, reminders, and rebooking prompts.

(2) Post-Treatment Follow-Up — aftercare guidance and personalized skin plan recommendations.

(3) Customer Support — responses to inquiries you have initiated.

(4) Promotional Messages — special offers and new service announcements (only to users who have explicitly opted in to marketing SMS).

SMS messages will only be sent to individuals who have provided their phone number and given explicit consent to receive such communications.

SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications from NewMe Clinics at any time using any of the following methods:

Reply STOP — Text STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect transactional messages directly related to your active appointments or service agreements. To re-subscribe at any time, text START to the same number.

Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications sent by or received from NewMe Clinics. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your specific data plan. NewMe Clinics is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and communication preferences.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

NewMe Clinics is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless service is not available in all areas and SMS availability may vary by carrier, device, and geographic location.

Age Restriction

Our services and SMS communications are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS, you confirm you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from or send SMS messages to individuals under 18.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Appointments may be booked online at newmeclinics.com or by phone. A valid payment method is required to secure your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as disclosed at time of booking. NewMe Clinics reserves the right to adjust pricing; any changes will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every measure to deliver high-quality treatments, results may vary based on individual skin type, health factors, and treatment protocols. NewMe Clinics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions or allergies during the intake process.

Compliance with Laws

NewMe Clinics complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing spa services, consumer protection, and electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) with respect to SMS communications, the CAN-SPAM Act for email communications, the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, and all applicable FTC advertising and endorsement guidelines.
